Gross Pathology: Sclerosing subtype of atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma usually has a firm, pearly white or greyish-white cut surface as shown in this example that was removed from the paratesticular region of a 74 y/o male. A small amount of mature adipose tissue was admixed in the tumor (seen grossly as yellow flecks of tissue).
