Gross Pathology: A large atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (ALT/WDL) resected from the paratesticular region of an elderly male. The tumor had been slowly enlarging over several years to reach its current size of 14 cm. The cut surface shows areas of yellow adipose tissue admixed with pink-tan fibrous areas. A grossly unremarkable testis is present on the upper left.
