Metastatic Colorectal AdenoCA in Bladder

This fragmented bladder biopsy specimen shows a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The patient had history of advance stage rectal adenocarcinoma with evidence of direct extension into the urinary bladder and metastases to the liver.
