Metastatic Colorectal AdenoCA in Bladder

This is an example of metastases to the urinary bladder from a signet ring cell adenocarcinoma of the stomach. The patient had undergone subtotal gastrectomy 18 months prior to the discovery of this lesion in the urinary bladder.
