Prostate Cancer : Foamy Gland Type

Higher magnification of the previous image shows abundant foamy (xanthomatous) cytoplasm and small hyperchromatic nuclei. The foamy appearance of cytoplasm is secondary to abundant intracytoplasmic vesicles .
