Higher magnification of another case of foamy gland variant of prostate cancer. There is abundant foamy microvacuolated cytoplasm in the tumor cells. Most nuclei are enlarged with prominent nucleoli. Some nuclei have hyperchromatic pyknotic appearance, similar to that seen in a more typical case. The overall Gleason score was 4+3=7.
