PIN-4 triple antibody cocktail (high molecular weight cytokeratin, p63, and racemase) shows strong immunoreactivity for basal cell markers and no staining for racemase in the benign glands at the lower left. In contrast, the malignant glands in the middle and upper right show strong immunoreactivity for racemase (red stain) and total absence of basal cells. Same case as the previous image.
