This case of sclerosing adenosis shows small poorly-formed glands and even single cells. If this were prostatic adenocarcinoma, it would be assigned a Gleason score of 8 or 9. However it would be extremely unusual for such a high Gleason score tumor to found focally in a TURP specimen.
