Cellular Mesoblastic Nephroma : Gross

Gross Pathology: Cellular mesoblastic nephromas tend to produce soft, fleshy mass that lacks trabeculations on the cut surface. They have a glistening, mucoid appearance with foci of hemorrhage, cystic change or necrosis.
