Gallbladder Carcinoma : Histologic Grading

Histologic Grading of Gallbladder Carcinomas: This is an example of poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma (< 50% glandular differentiation). The tumor consists of irregular cell nests and single cells infiltrating lamina propria.
