Gallbladder Carcinoma : Histologic Grading

Histologic Grading of Gallbladder Carcinomas: This is an example of poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma (< 50% glandular differentiation). The tumor cells are arranged in anastomosing cords and trabeculae. They have large vesicular nuclei and prominent nucleoli.
