Image Description

This benign vascular neoplasm shows male predominance and a predilection for soft tissues of distal extremities, particularly the hand. The histologic features overlap with those of cavernous hemangioma and Kaposi sarcoma. The image shows cavernous angiomatous areas and solid foci composed of bland spindle and epithelioid cells.
