Giant Cell Tumor of Bone - Spindle Areas

Rare cases of giant cell tumors have abundant spindle cells and may be mistaken for fibrosarcoma. However, the giant cell tumors lack nuclear atypia and are more cellular than the low-grade sarcomas.
