MRI scan (same case as the previous image) shows a multicystic suprasellar mass with peripheral enhancement with contrast (T1 image). The diagnosis of adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma was confirmed in the resection specimen. The patient was a 2 y/o female who presented with episodes of loss of consciousness.
