Miliary liver involvement in disseminated coccidioidomycosis in a 41 y/o male. Small granulomas are seen scattered throughout the liver surface. In addition, the patient had necrotizing granulomas and abscesses in the lungs, splenomegaly with coccidioidal abscesses, siderosis and pronounced extramedullary hematopoiesis.
