Pulmonary LCH : Morphology

Pulmonary Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) - Morphology: Some nodules of pulmonary LCH show cystic changes or cavitation but these cavities are lumens of destroyed bronchioles rather than true cavities.
