This image shows MALT lymphoma (top half) arising in Hashimoto thyroiditis. The lower half shows lymphocytic infiltrate within thyroid parenchyma. At the interface between the two areas, there are numerous glands with dilated lumens containing clusters of neoplastic lymphocytes (lymphoepithelial lesions).
