Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Bartholin's Glands
Image Description
Higher power view shows nests and sheets of relatively uniform cells with cribriform appearance. The cribriform areas contain amorphous eosinophilic basement membrane-like material. The tumor behaves aggressively with tendency to metastasize to inguinal lymph nodes. Treatment is by wide local excision or vulvectomy with bilateral inguinal lymph node dissection.
