Malignant Mixed Mullerian Tumor (Carcinosarcoma)

This case of MMMT shows both heterologus bone and cartilage elements. A small percentage of cases of MMMT occur in women with history of pelvic radiation, usually for some benign condition. MMMT's may occur in extra-uterine locations such as ovary and other pelvic structures.
