Image Description

This 50 y/o female patient was diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia. Ultrasound examination performed before hysterectomy revealed a 6 cm paratubal cyst. The image shows a smooth, thin-walled cyst filled with clear fluid. It was lined by cuboidal and ciliated columnar epithelium.
