Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma, FIGO Grade 3

Grade 3 tumors contain solid areas comprising more than 50% of the tumor. In tumors with squamous differentiation, only the glandular component is considered for grading purposes as previously mentioned. The image shows transition from the glandular component on the left to solid areas on the right.
