Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma, FIGO Grade 3

Grade 3 tumors contain solid areas comprising more than 50% of the tumor. They make up approximately 15% of all endometrial adenocarcinomas. In tumors with squamous differentiation, only the glandular component is considered for grading purposes as previously mentioned.
