Grade 3 tumors contain solid areas comprising more than 50% of the tumor. They make up approximately 15% of all endometrial adenocarcinomas. In tumors with squamous differentiation, only the glandular component is considered for grading purposes as previously mentioned. The image shows transition from the glandular component on the right to solid areas on the left.
