Ovary with solid and cystic tumor measuring 12cm. Cysts were filled with serous fluid, and partially lined by papillary proliferations. Necrotic foci were present. The final diagnosis was serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary in a 69 y/o female. Image copyright: pathorama.ch.
