This entity is also known by the term "Ovarian tumor of probable Wolffian origin." It is believed to arise from wolffian remnants and has been described in the ovary, retroperitoneum and the broad ligament. It is generally considered to be a benign tumor with only isolated reports of recurrences or metastases. The tumor consists of hollow tubules or glandular structures which are usually surrounded by sheets of oval or spindle cells.
