Urothelial Carcinoma - Nested Variant

Deeper aspects of a nested variant of urothelial carcinoma showing anastomosing nests with moderate degree of cytologic atypia. Nuclei are enlarged and prominent nucleoli can be seen. The nests are separated by desmoplastic stroma.
