Image Description
Marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of MALT-type involving the urinary bladder. The MALT-type lymphomas localized to the bladder have good prognosis following treatment. Bladder involvement in the setting of disseminated lymphoma or recurrence in bladder in a patient with a prior history of lymphoma generally carries poor prognosis. Most cases in such settings are diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
