Image Description

High-grade angiosarcoma of the urinary bladder showing vascular spaces lined by highly atypical endothelial cells. The vascular channels are separated by solid areas composed of anaplastic tumor cells. Most angiosarcomas are muscle-invasive at the time of presentation and have frequently spread outside the bladder. The prognosis is extremely poor.
