Cystoscopic view of polypoid cystitis in a 76 y/o male with history of prostatic adenocarcinoma treated by external beam radiation therapy. He presented with microscopic hematuria and voiding symptoms. Cystoscopy showed a lesion with broad-based polypoid fronds in the bladder neck region. Microscopic examination of the tissue confirmed the diagnosis of polypoid cystitis.
