Urachal adenocarcinomas account for about one-third of all vesical adenocarcinomas. The presentation is at somewhat younger age than that for non-urachal bladder adenocarcinomas. Majority of the tumors have enteric (intestinal) morphology as seen here. It is therefore critical to rule out direct extension from a colorectal primary or distant metastases.
