The image shows cystitis glandularis of the usual type. Most cysts in cystitis cystica and cystitis glandularis are microscopic; however, some cases may contain macroscopic cysts that are visible on cystoscopy. The cyst lumens contain eosinophilic secretions that may have a few inflammatory cells.
