Immunohistochemistry of Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumor: The tumor cells are positive for inhibin, calretinin, WT1, FOXL2, SF-1, SOX9, and CD99. They may also be positive for cytokeratins, S-100 protein, vimentin, smooth muscle actin, and desmin (focal).
SALL4 and glypican-3 are consistently negative and helpful in differentiating from yolk sac tumor.
