Gross Pathology: Juvenile granulosa cell tumor is well-circumscribed and yellow-tan and may contain foci of hemorrhage and necrosis. One-third of cases are entirely solid; the remaining two-thirds have a cystic component. The cysts are filled with clear viscous or mucoid fluid. The size range is 0.5 - 5.0 cm (mean 1.7 cm).
