Image Description
Introduction: Sertoli cell tumor, not otherwise specified (NOS) is composed of sex cord cells and shows at least focal tubular differentiation in most cases. It was previously referred to as androblastoma - a term no longer used. It is the 2nd most common sex cord-stromal tumor (the commonest being Leydig cell tumor) and makes up <1% of all testicular tumors.
