Image Description
The tumor cells have abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, uniform round nuclei lacking atypia, and granules of lipofuscin pigment. At this magnification, they can be easily recognized as Leydig cells. A prominent fibrous component is fairly common in Leydig Cell Tumors; however, partial regression, as evidenced by peripheral scar formation in this case, is an unusual finding.
