Image Description
Microscopid Features: Most cases of Leydig cell tumor (LCT) have a diffuse sheet-like growth pattern. There may be large nodules separated by collagenous bands. Other less common architectural patterns include insular, nested, trabecular, pseudoglandular, ribbon-like, spindle, and microcystic patterns. Areas of calcification (or ossification) and mature adipose tissue may be present.
