Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma of the Testis: This orchiectomy is from an adult male (50+ yrs.) who presented with testicular enlargement and discomfort. Ultrasound showed highly vascular multinodular mass. Serum AFP, beta-hCG and LDH were within reference ranges. Radical inguinal orchiectomy was performed.

The cut surface shows a large pink-tan homogenous mass. Smaller nodules were present on the deeper aspect of the specimen. The tumor was composed of large atypical lymphoid cells that were positive for CD20, CD79, BCL2 and lambda. They were negative for CD30, BCL6, CD10, kappa, and ALK. CD3 ad CD5 stained background T-cells.
