Image Description
Higher magnification view of the previous image showing monomorphous lymphocytes with regular round to oval nuclei. The diagnosis was secondary involvement of prostate by small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The main differential diagnosis is with chronic prostatitis in which the lymphocytic infiltrate tends to be less dense, is periglandular in location, and mixed with plasma cells.
