Image Description
The lymphocytic infiltrate is dense and diffusely involves the stroma. The glandular architecture (not shown in this image) was preserved. The infiltrate consists of a monomorphic population of small mature-appearing lymphocytes. A limited panel of immunohistochemical markers proved it to be monotypic B-cell population.
