Image Description
This specimen is from a relatively young (50 y/o) man who underwent radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. The image was taken from peripheral portion of the seminal vesicle and shows numerous small and medium-sized acini which can be mistaken for prostatic adencoarcinoma. Both lipofuscin pigment and atypical hyperchromatic nuclei are not prominent here.
