Multicystic Kidney Dysplasia: Variably-sized cysts are separated by primitive mesenchyme containing immature tubules and ducts that are surrounded by collars of poorly-differentiated smooth muscle cells. Small number of glomeruli are also present that may appear near normal, atrophic, or immature.
