Macroscopic Appearance in Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD): The kidney is moderately enlarged. The cut surface shows cysts ranging in size from 0.2 cm to 5 cm. Most of the cysts contained clear, serous fluid.
