Case History: 45 y/o female who presented with abdominal pain. Family history was notable for aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and renal insufficiency. This coronal CT of abdomen and pelvis demonstrates marked enlargement of both kidneys by innumerable cysts, which also compress and distort the collecting system.
