Image Description

Immunohistochemistry of Clear Cell Sarcoma of Kidney (CCSK): There is non-specific immunoreactivity for cyclin D1, Bcl-2, SATB2, TLE1, vimentin, CD10, and CD56.

Negative markers include epithelial (cytokeratin, CAM5.2, EMA), neural markers (S100 protein, GFAP), neuroendocrine (synaptophysin, NSE), vascular markers (CD34, Factor 8), muscle markers (desmin), polyclonal CEA, membranous CD99, WT1, and PAX8. P53 is usually negative but is highly overexpressed in the anaplastic variant.

Ki-67 labeling index is about 20% (range 8% to 32% of cells).
