Image Description
Epithelioid Angiomyolipoma: The tumor is composed of clusters of plump epithelioid cells separated by mature adipose tissue. The cells have vesicular nuclei with prominent nucleoli and abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasm. Such cases need to be distinguished from renal cell carcinoma and metastatic melanoma. Epithelioid angiomyolipoma is considered to be a more aggressive tumor than conventional type.
