Leiomyosarcoma of Stomach

Fasciculation is difficult to appreciate in this gastric leiomyosarcoma due to its poor differentiation. The haphazard cells are clearly malignant, and features suggestive of single-cell death are evident. The background vascular pattern is sparse.
