AdenoCA of Colon : Signet Ring Cell

This case showed an admixture of conventional glandular histology (seen on the left) as well as signet ring cell component (seen on the right). By definition, at least 50% of the tumor should be composed of signet ring cells for the designation of signet ring cell carcinoma.
