Prognostic Factors : Mitotic-Karyorrhectic Index

This is an example of poorly-differentiated subtype of neuroblastoma with a high mitotic-karyorrhectic index (about 20%, i.e. about 1000 mitotic and karyorrhectic cells per 5000 neuroblasts).
