Parathyroid Adenoma

Comments:
The left half of the image shows chief cells. The right half shows oxyphil cells with large bizarre hyperchromatic nuclei. This is a normal finding and should not be over-interpreted as malignancy. Mitotic activity is not increased, but occasional mitotic figures may be present.
