Parathyroid Adenoma

Comments:
This parathyroid adenoma showed isolated clusters of large bizarre, hyperchromatic nuclei with smudged chromatin. This is a normal finding and should not be over-interpreted as malignancy. The atypical cells are surrounded by sheets of chief cells. Mitotic activity is not increased.
