Comments:
The ultrasound appearance of a testicular epidermoid cyst is characteristic. The tumor appears as a well-circumscribed intratesticular mass with alternating hyperechoic and hypoechoic rings, demonstrating a lamellar ("onion skin") appearance due to the arrangement of keratinous material in distinct layers. There is no vascularity within the testicular lesion. The surrounding testis is normal.
